Starting from Pamplona FUENTES del VINO Cycling Route

4 exceptional stages of cycling among Wineries and Mountains... Vineyards of Navarra and La Rioja, Cameros Range, Cordillera Ibérica and Montaña Alavesa.

Navarra, La Rioja, Soria, Burgos and Pays Basque, 533 kilometres of cycling by creating links between the northern territories. In the Center; La Rioja, endless vineyards... modern wineries... historic villages... and the Ebro River, the old "Iber" of the Romans who gave name to the Iberian peninsula.

Although all the information is written performing the route clockwise, it is perfectly possible to do in the opposite direction without losing an iota of interest. Usually the sense of the route is determined by the need to avoid making night at Laguardia on Friday or Saturday. This is so because of the difficulty of booking accommodation in those days as a result of the tourist pressure supported by the village.
